Radiant Logistics Acquires Whitacre Logistics' Dallas Operations; Terms Not Disclosed

Radiant Logistics, Inc. (NYSE: RLGT) has acquired the Dallas Operations of Whitacre Logistics Services, LLC through its subsidiary, Radiant Road & Rail, Inc., effective October 1, 2026. The acquisition involves a performance-based payment structure, similar to previous transactions. Following the acquisition, the operations will continue under the leadership of Jeff Vielhaber, who will also oversee agent network development and report to Chris Brach, SVP and General Manager of U.S. brokerage operations.
