Roper Technologies Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results

Roper Technologies reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $2.17 billion, an 8% increase, with adjusted diluted earnings per share (DEPS) of $5.89, surpassing analyst expectations of $5.79. The company's GAAP net earnings rose 22% to $485 million, while adjusted net earnings increased by 5% to $586 million. Management announced the deployment of $436 million for three bolt-on acquisitions and received $1.2 billion from the sale of Indicor's instrumentation businesses. Following this performance, Roper raised its full-year adjusted DEPS guidance.
