Zymeworks and Roche Enter Exclusive Global License and Collaboration Agreement for ZW209

Roche and Zymeworks have signed an exclusive global license and collaboration agreement for ZW209, a trispecific T-cell engager targeting DLL3. Roche will fund the Phase 1a clinical trial and manage global development, while Zymeworks will receive a $55 million upfront payment and $40 million upon starting the Phase 1b trial. Additionally, Zymeworks is eligible for up to $718 million in milestone payments and tiered royalties on global net sales.
