Regal Rexnord reported third-quarter 2026 sales of $1.588 billion, up 6% year over year, with daily orders also increasing 6% and data center sales rising 307%. The company lowered its 2026 GAAP EPS outlook to $3.76–$4.06, citing a $119 million non-cash goodwill impairment charge tied to its Autonomous Mobile Solutions (AMS) business, while raising its adjusted diluted EPS forecast to $10.60–$10.90. Regal Rexnord also said it is exploring a potential sale of AMS.
