Roundtable Announces 10-Yr, $1 Billion Agreement With Paradium.AI To Migrate, Operate And Monetize Media Portfolio On Roundtable’s AI/DeFi-Powered MediaOS

Roundtable (Nasdaq: RTB) has announced a 10-year, $1 billion agreement with Paradium.AI (NYSE: PAAI) to migrate and monetize Paradium's media portfolio on Roundtable's AI/DeFi-powered MediaOS. The deal is expected to generate $100 million in annualized revenue and an EBITDA-positive run rate, serving approximately 100 million monthly consumers. The agreement includes a perpetual technology license for Roundtable to integrate Paradium's assets and assumes Paradium's advertising operations, with a minority investment of $89 million for a ~49% stake in Paradium.
