Roundtable (Nasdaq: RTB) has entered into a 10-year, $1 billion agreement with Paradium.AI (NYSE: PAAI) to migrate and monetize Paradium's media portfolio on Roundtable's MediaOS. This partnership is expected to generate $100 million in annualized revenue and achieve an EBITDA-positive run rate, serving nearly 100 million monthly consumers. The deal includes a perpetual technology license for Roundtable to integrate Paradium's assets and assumes Paradium's advertising operations, enhancing monetization capabilities.
