Revolution Medicines Presents Overall Survival Data for RASONQUE™ at ESMO 2026

Revolution Medicines, Inc. presented new exploratory subgroup analyses from its Phase 3 RASolute 302 trial for RASONQUE (daraxonrasib) at the ESMO 2026 Congress. The data showed consistent overall survival benefits across RAS genotype subgroups in patients with previously treated metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. This presentation builds on previously reported final results from the trial as the company continues to develop its portfolio of RAS(ON) inhibitors for RAS-addicted cancers.
