XCF Global Announces Agreement to Acquire Paramount, California Renewable Fuel Production Facility

XCF Global, Inc. has announced a definitive agreement to acquire a renewable fuel production facility in Paramount, California, aimed at enhancing its alternative energy platform. The facility is projected to add around 50 million gallons of annual production capacity for sustainable aviation fuel, renewable diesel, and renewable naphtha. XCF Global plans to invest approximately $30 million over the next 9-12 months to restart operations, with the transaction expected to close by the end of 2026, pending customary conditions.
