SpyGlass Pharma Announces Trial Results From Bimatoprost Drug Pad-IOL System In Participants With Mild-To-Moderate Open Angle Glaucoma Reduces Mean IOP By 37% Across All Three Dose Cohorts; 86% Participants Remained Off All Topical IOP-Lowering Drops

SpyGlass Pharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: SGP) announced positive results from a 4-year first-in-human trial of its Bimatoprost Drug Pad-IOL System for treating mild-to-moderate open angle glaucoma. The trial showed a 37% reduction in mean intraocular pressure (IOP) from 25.1 mmHg at baseline to 15.9 mmHg, with 86% of participants remaining off all topical IOP-lowering drops. Additionally, 90% of patients maintained a best-corrected distance visual acuity of ≥20/25, and no product-related adverse events were reported.
