SiteOne Landscape Supply Announces Third Quarter 2026 Earnings and Share Repurchase Authorization Increase

SiteOne Landscape Supply reported third-quarter 2026 net sales of $1.291 billion, up 3%, and Adjusted EBITDA of $138.3 million, up 8% year over year. Net income rose to $63.9 million, or $1.46 per share, from $59.1 million, or $1.31 per share. Gross margin expansion supported results, while soft demand and weather-delayed fall activity weighed on sales volume. The board increased the share repurchase authorization by $500 million, bringing the total authorized amount to approximately $538.3 million.
