At the conversion ratio, the investment equates to an implied common stock price of $18.36 per share. The multi-billion-dollar capital commitment provides Summit with substantial balance sheet runway to advance ivonescimab, its investigational potential first-in-class bispecific antibody targeting PD-1 and VEGF. Under the agreement, AstraZeneca will sponsor the combination studies while both companies retain full commercial and development rights to their respective molecules. “This significant investment, as well as the collaboration, is a powerful validation of the potential of ivonescimab,” said Robert W.
