Sentia Subsidiary HENT Awarded NOK 2.8 Billion NRK Headquarters Contract

Sentia subsidiary HENT has signed a design-and-build contract with NRK worth approximately NOK 2.8 billion, excluding VAT, to construct the broadcaster’s new headquarters at Normannsløkka in Oslo. The contract follows a collaborative planning phase that began in April 2025. The 53,500-square-metre facility, including studios, production areas and offices, is expected to be completed by December 2029 and is a candidate for the FutureBuilt program, which sets architectural and greenhouse-gas standards.
