Sanofi Inaugurates $925M Flu Vaccine Facility In Toronto, Canada To Strengthen Pandemic Preparedness

Sanofi has inaugurated a $925 million (CAD) flu vaccine manufacturing facility in Toronto, named the Charles Best Building, which will produce its Fluzone® High-Dose vaccine for adults aged 65 and older. This expansion, built in partnership with the Government of Canada and the Province of Ontario, represents the largest investment in a biomanufacturing facility in Canadian history. The facility aims to enhance Canada's pandemic preparedness and strengthen its vaccine biomanufacturing capabilities.
