Elon Musk Says Starship Is Just ‘2 to 3 Years Away’ From Hourly Flights—Reaffirms Sept. 28 Launch for First Orbital Attempt

Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ: SPCX) CEO Elon Musk has confirmed that the Starship's first orbital launch attempt, designated Flight 14, is scheduled for September 28 at 7:15 a.m. Central Time from Starbase, Texas. This flight will carry the initial batch of Starlink's V3 satellites, contributing to the existing constellation of over 11,000 satellites. Musk also stated that Starship could be 2 to 3 years away from achieving hourly flight capabilities, with a goal of over 30 launches per day by 2030. During overnight trading, SpaceX shares rose by 0.20% to $148.97.
