Sphere Entertainment Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results

Sphere Entertainment reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $274.3 million, up 4.5% year over year and above analyst estimates of $268.3 million. Sphere segment revenue rose 14% to $198.9 million, while adjusted operating income increased 90% to $32.4 million, driven by more performances of “The Wizard of Oz” and higher sponsorship, advertising, and suite-license revenue. MSG Networks revenue fell 15% to $75.4 million as subscribers and distribution revenue declined; the consolidated operating loss widened to $240.6 million from $163.1 million, largely due to a $177.6 million non-cash goodwill impairment charge. The company cited new and extended Sphere residencies and plans to debut a new production by March 2027.
