Suzano Reports 36% Increase in Third Quarter Net Revenue Following Consolidation of Arbex

Suzano reported record third-quarter 2026 net revenue of BRL 16.5 billion, up 36% year over year, primarily reflecting the first-time consolidation of Arbex, its 51%-owned joint venture with Kimberly-Clark. Adjusted EBITDA rose 9% on a comparable basis to R$ 5.7 billion, net income was R$ 2.1 billion, and operating cash generation increased 12% to R$ 3.8 billion. CEO Beto Abreu said Arbex’s integration expands Suzano’s geographic reach and product portfolio.
