Takeda's Phase 3 data for oral zasocitinib shows it achieved a PASI 100 rate of 36.5% and PASI 90 rate of 62.5% at week 16, significantly outperforming deucravacitinib, which had rates of 13.9% and 34.0%, respectively. The LATITUDE Atlas study indicated that zasocitinib demonstrated statistical superiority across primary and secondary efficacy endpoints, with complete skin clearance observed as early as week 8. The findings are currently under review by the FDA and EMA for the treatment of plaque psoriasis.
