Telenor Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results

Telenor reported third-quarter 2026 service revenue of NOK 14.8 billion and adjusted EBITDA of NOK 8.8 billion, up 1.6% and 1.5%, respectively. Net income attributable to shareholders rose 225% to NOK 9.8 billion, mainly due to a NOK 6.9 billion gain from selling a 50% stake in Telenor Connexion; adjusted earnings per share increased 45% to NOK 2.70. The company reaffirmed its 2026 outlook, forecasting flat to slightly negative organic adjusted EBITDA growth and free cash flow before M&A of approximately NOK 10 billion.
