Tenet Healthcare Reports Q3 2026 Financial Results and Raises Full-Year Guidance

Tenet Healthcare reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $5.631 billion, up from $5.289 billion a year earlier. GAAP earnings rose to $1.000 billion, or $12.41 per share, from $342 million, or $3.86 per share; adjusted earnings were $535 million, or $6.64 per share. The company raised its full-year 2026 guidance to $35.82–$37.08 per share in GAAP earnings and $22.05–$23.01 per share in adjusted earnings, while narrowing its revenue outlook to $22.05–$22.45 billion.
