Tiziana Completes Phase 2a MS Trial, Topline Data Due In October

Tiziana Life Sciences, Ltd. (Nasdaq: TLSA) has completed its Phase 2a clinical trial for intranasal foralumab in patients with non-active Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, enrolling 48 patients across multiple U.S. sites. The trial, known as INFORM-MS, evaluated safety, tolerability, and efficacy over a 12-week period, with topline data expected to be announced in October. Following the trial, participants will have the opportunity to receive intranasal foralumab in a six-month open-label extension to gather longer-term safety and efficacy data.
