Tango Therapeutics Announces Promising Phase 1/2 Results for Vopimetostat and Daraxonrasib in Pancreatic Cancer

Tango Therapeutics, Inc. reported promising results from its Phase 1/2 study of vopimetostat in combination with RAS(ON) inhibitors for treating MTAP-deleted and RAS-mutant metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. The study achieved an 82% objective response rate, with a 9-month progression-free survival rate of 88%, while the median progression-free survival has not yet been reached. The company also updated its development strategy based on these findings.
