TC Energy To Sell Mexican Pipeline Assets To ESENTIA For $400M

TC Energy Corporation has agreed to sell its Mexican pipeline assets, specifically the Guadalajara-Manzanillo Pipeline, to ESENTIA for a gross purchase price of $560 million (US$400 million). The sale is part of TC Energy's strategy to enhance its portfolio and redeploy proceeds towards growth opportunities in North America. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
