TruGolf Closes Acquisition Of Polymath Research; To Explore Blockchain-Based Applications For Real-World Assets

TruGolf has completed the acquisition of Polymath Research, creating a digitization company with dual revenue streams from TruGolf's golf simulation business and Polymath's tokenization infrastructure. Polymath has issued over $132 million in tokenized assets and will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary, allowing it to access public capital markets for further growth. The companies are collaborating on an equipment leasing program and fractional franchise ownership opportunities, with plans to launch in the first quarter of 2027.
