Tesco PLC Executes Share Buyback

Tesco PLC has executed the purchase of 6,804,968 ordinary shares at an average price of 539.58 pence each, as part of its £950 million share buyback program initiated on April 22, 2026. This transaction has reduced the total number of outstanding shares to 6,232,737,259, with the company holding no shares in treasury.
