Titan International Inks Agreement To Sell Its Italtractor ITM Undercarriage Operations To USCO For $207M

Titan International, Inc. (NYSE: TWI) has signed a definitive agreement to sell its Italtractor ITM undercarriage operations to USCO S.p.A. for an initial purchase price of $207 million. Additionally, Titan may earn up to $6 million more based on ITM's performance in 2026.
