Textron Aviation to Supply 21 Cessna Aircraft to Civil Air Patrol

Textron Aviation, a subsidiary of Textron Inc., has received an order from the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) for 21 Cessna piston aircraft, including seven Skyhawk 172s, 11 Skylane 182s, two Turbo Skylane T182Ts, and one Turbo Stationair HD 206. These aircraft are aimed at enhancing CAP's emergency response, training, and community service missions across the U.S., with deliveries expected to be completed by 2027. The CAP is recognized as the largest operator of Cessna aircraft globally.
