Vericel Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results and Raises Full-Year Financial Guidance

Vericel reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $85.4 million, up 26% year over year, and net income of $14.2 million, or $0.27 per diluted share, compared with $5.1 million a year earlier. MACI revenue rose 21% to $67.4 million, while Burn Care revenue increased 52% to $18.0 million. The company raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $344 million–$346 million. Vericel repurchased 220,744 shares during the quarter and had $191.2 million remaining under its repurchase authorization as of September 30.
