Veeva Launches AI Agent To Speed Up Safety And Medical Request Routing

Veeva Systems (NYSE: VEEV) has launched Veeva Falcon Router, an AI-driven agent designed to enhance the routing of safety adverse event reports, product quality complaints, and medical inquiries for biopharmaceutical companies. The Falcon Router will streamline triage and routing processes, focusing initially on email and web intake, and will integrate with Veeva Safety, Veeva QMS, and Veeva MedInquiry, eliminating the need for manual reconciliation.
