vTv Therapeutics Inc. has completed enrollment for its Phase 3 Cadisegliatin as Adjunctive Therapy in Type 1 Diabetes (CATT1) study, involving 166 randomized patients. The study evaluates cadisegliatin, a novel oral therapy that has received Breakthrough Therapy designation from the FDA, aimed at being a first-in-class liver-selective glucokinase activator for T1D treatment.
